We take care of the existentially ill, the depressed, anxious, and traumatized. WE NEED A BREAK. Though self-care would make more sense if we just called it LIVING so many of us professionals cannot find the balance to enjoy the life we help others to embrace. Come out and kayak, jog, knit, sky dive, hike, listen to music, taste wine, drink beer, eat something different. whatever... Just come out and enjoy life with friends..and strangers that will soon become your friends.
