What we're about

We run a wide range of groups and activities for adults to improve their Well-being and help them work towards recovery. Most of these take place at our building in Bradford city centre.

Some of the sessions we offer include drumming; movement; recovery; arts and crafts; meditation; social groups for men, women, and mixed sessions; Wellness Recovery Action Planning.

This service is designed in response to feedback from our clients, so the menu of activities changes regularly.
