    What we're about

    The Mental Health & Well-Being Group puts you in touch with an array of relief and recovery driven activities aimed at empowering you to manage your mental health and work towards recovery and personal fulfilment, at your own pace.

    To access our activities and events, no formal diagnosis or referral is needed. All groups are free, although donations are appreciated. Most do not have a waiting list and can be accessed immediately. Suitable for adults who experience mental ill health.

    Activities we currently offer include:

    - Making Lemonade (reshape the way you think following experience with adversity)

    - Peer Support

    - Anxiety Support

    - Creative Writing

    - Hearing Voices Support
