Looking after our mental health is vitally important to our wellbeing and so this group has been created to showcase the different workshops and classes that are held at the Complementary Health Centre in Penwortham.
It is quite clear that in this day and age that men, women, youngsters of all ages are struggling to cope with life stresses which can lead to experiencing anxiety, stress and/or depression. The aim of this group is to bring people together to give them practical, mental and physical strategies to overcome these difficult times.
These are affordable events for people to attend who want to learn how to improve their mental health and skills in coping with hard times. The classes, workshop or groups will be primarily led by psychologists or counsellors or other therapists who are trained in mental health.
The majority of the classes and workshops require booking online which can be done via Meetup. However, if you are unable to book online using PayPal, please do contact the clinic on 01772 751122 where you can pay over the phone with a debit or credit card. We also accept cash if you would like to pop in the clinic when passing.
