What we're about
Our Group meetings will help you to control your thoughts and manage your impulses. Our Groups teach "tools" and cognitive behavioral self help "spots" or affirmations to better manage symptoms of stress, worry, anxiety, tempers and the trivial occurances of daily life.
We follow a simple meeting format that was created by University of Illinois renowned neuropsychiatrist Dr. Low. Our Group meetings are managed by trained peer volunteers. Our Group meetings start on time and end on time.
There is no need to RSVP. We ask for a voluntary free will offering or tax deductible donation and we offer paid memberships with many member benefits. No one is turned away. We are committed to helping others gain more peaceful and productive lives.
