What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in learning how to manage stress, anxiety and feelings of depression holistically while building financial health. Financial issues and mental health issues often go hand-in-hand. A slight decline in mental health can be linked to increased financial stress. And increased stress can lead to poorer mental health. If your mental health stays in a poor state for a length of time—or it just continues declining—you’re at an increased risk for financial problems as well.
