I'd be interested in doing a lightning talk. I'm building the technology at and have recently rewritten the entire voice command recognition framework and AppleScript code-generator in Meteor JS.

Hey Ben, sounds awesome. It's not a lot of time, but I can give you a 20 min slot at the start, say 7:10 - 7:30? Can that work for you?

      October 31, 2014

    • Ben M.

Sounds good, 20 min is perfect

Will there a time during this meetup appropriate or specifically set aside for people hiring and/or looking for work? Maybe just during the 6:30pm-7pm mingling time? No worries if this is not welcome, just wondering.

I'd love to do a lightning talk. I don't have a topic yet, but I'll come up with something!

30 min works. My idea is demonstrating Vim as an ideal Meteor development environment.

+1. sub-talk of the larger message: 'Vim as an ideal environment for all the things.' ;)
