Here is how the group works. Any member can host a weekly/daily exercise meetup in your area.

You choose a fitness activity like walking up Stone Mountain or working out at LA Fitness every day for at least 30 mins per day.

Members in the mini-group will hold each other accountable with group texts or emails or how every you wish to communicate within your mini-group.
