With a growing base of volunteers and youth employment, Groundwork Denver is assisting in environmental and community improvement projects locally and throughout the state. They carry out this mission by being “doers” and not “talkers”.
Groundwork’s Energy program provides energy efficiency services, weatherization upgrades, and education for residences in the Denver area. Energy advisers provide home energy audits and install a number of improvements and upgrades for free, while also advising residents on larger projects, rebates, and energy conservation strategies.
Come hear how they do it and what Groundwork has learned from making Denver’s communities more energy efficient.
