The 'I' Disease: What is it and is there a cure?

If you are looking for a job, clients or customers, come learn what we are doing to turn people off before they have the opportunity to get to know us? We only have a short period of time to create that first impression and, good or bad, that first impression can last a long time. This one tip will help you create a better first impression both in writing and in person. Join us to learn what “The ‘I’ Disease” is, how to avoid it and when it is appropriate to use ‘I’. You’ll also learn some useful tips for the proper use of me, myself, and I.

WHO

Presenter:

Elaina Ayeni

Since high school, where she received high marks in her English courses, the English language has been Elaina’s favourite subject. In addition, because it can be a difficult subject for some Elaina loves to help people understand and speak it better. She is TESL (Teach English as a Second Language) certified and has 20+ years writing a variety of documents and online content in the capacity of an administrative assistant. Early on in her life, she was essentially told that she would not be an artist. As a result, Elaina has used words as her creative outlet. Added to that, formatting documents from simple letters to powerful presentations has also become a creative outlet for her. Elaina is a content writer and the owner of Ineya Content Management.
