Kids are welcome.I usually try to work out 5 days a week, all cardio and i focus on different areas through out the week.Mondays - ArmsWeds - AbsFridays- LegsI have multiple sets of weights we can use 2lbs, 3, 5, 6, 8. But you are welcome to bring your own as well.I usually just follow along on the tv, whatever we decide, between beachbody or YouTube theres plenty to choose from.On the weekends if the weathers nice we could go for a walk, hike or bike ride....theres tons of trails.
