Lets stay motivated to work out together. Kids are welcome.

I usually try to work out 5 days a week, all cardio and i focus on different areas through out the week.

Mondays - Arms
Weds - Abs
Fridays- Legs

I have multiple sets of weights we can use 2lbs, 3, 5, 6, 8. But you are welcome to bring your own as well.

I usually just follow along on the tv, whatever we decide, between beachbody or YouTube theres plenty to choose from.

On the weekends if the weathers nice we could go for a walk, hike or bike ride....theres tons of trails.
