In this workshop Scott Coulton will walk through an introduction to Kubernetes explaining what makes up Kubernetes, what problems Kubernetes is trying to solve. That will give us a solid foundation to jump in and start using AKS (Azure Kubernetes service) We will carry out hands on labs to deploy Kubernetes on AKS. Then we will look at how to deploy a resilient application on Kubernetes with replication. Most application will need state somewhere, so the next topic we will tackle is stateful sets that are backed by Azure disk. The last topic we will cover is basic application routing with an ingress controller.
