How did you discover Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group?

Google

What are you looking to experience with MAHG? (examples: walks, transition from walking to hiking, easy/moderate/strenuous/very strenuous hiking, trail stewardship, classes) Please state all that applies to help us plan activities to meet your needs.

I am interested in transitioning from easy walking to moderate and, possibly, strenous hiking. I guess I am a newbie. I currently walk about 2miles 3-4 times a week around the office parks where I work.

Are you aware that Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group is a non profit charitable organization and not a club? Our main website is midatlantichikinggroup.org for information regarding the mission we serve, our initiatives and their programs.

Introduction

Hello, I am a native Washingtonian now living in Upper Marlboro, MD. The D.C. that I knew growing up had lots of wooded areas and parks.
