Between 8:00 and 12:00 on roads, depending on distance and weather. Can be slower on trails depending on terrain.

Cowtown Marathon Feb. 2018


Through running, I've found an escape from daily stress, developed mental strength, lost weight, gained fitness and muscles, and most of all gained many good friends. Since 2008, I've run 73 long-distance races from half-marathon through 100 miles.
