Join us for our weekly long run from downtown. Runners usually run any distance from 3 miles to 15+ with paces from sub-8:00 minute miles to 10:00+. We have runners that are seriously training for races to people who are just out for a nice morning run.
We'll be out there on the river trail rain or shine.
Come for the run, stay for some delicious donuts (homemade! with gluten free options) and some great locally roasted coffee. Runners usually stay after the run to chat and enjoy coffee and baked goods. Comment below to introduce yourself and find people seeking similar distances and paces. All distances and paces are welcome.
