WHEN, Friday, January 31, 2014, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Bad weather date, February 28.

WHERE:  MEMORIAL BAPTIST CHURCH, 1120 Madison Street, (across from Capital Region Medical Center) around back in the basement.

WHO:  TEAMS OF 8 CONTESTANTS answering trivia questions, having fun and winning prizes!  Each team brings your own snacks.  Soft drinks provided.

DONATION:  $120 PER TEAM / TABLE ($15 per person)

Sorry we're not giving much notice on this.  We're hoping to get enough people interested from our Singles Group to form a team.  If a whole team hasn't been formed by Sunday, January 26, we'll look outside the group for participants.  We need a commitment, please no "maybe's".   Make checks payable to AGAPE HOUSE and mail them to Julaine Lancaster as soon as possible.  If you don't have my mailing address, I'll send it to you.

If we have enough people interested, we could form two teams.  Or you are certainly welcome to form another team of your own family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.  If you go that route, let me know and I will send you more information, including a team registration form.

All donations will go to the AGAPE HOUSE, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides lodging in a supportive Christian atmosphere for families visiting relatives who are incarcerated in our local correctional facilities.  Although these visitors contribute approximately 20% of the support needed to maintain the AGAPE HOUSE, the majority of the operating budget comes from donations and fundraisers such as Trivia Night.  All donations are tax deductible, to the extent allowed by law.

Susan B, whenever you are unable to make an event that you have signed up for, you can go out and change your RSVP to NO so that our head count remains accurate. Let me know if you need help.
