What we're about

Needing a break to recharge? Relax? Refocus? Want to build your meditation practice? Join us for a midday, midweek meditation. Various forms of meditation will be explored. Meditation will run from 12:15-12:45 with tea to follow. First and third Tuesdays of each month. Only 6 spots available each day. No experience necessary. Hope to see you there!
