Between Friends Coffee Shop & Cafe®

As discussed in our last meetup, people wanted more examples as to how some of the ideas work in real life. The meetup will be a continuation of the last meetup. We will discuss and show the mechanics and inner workings of debt using examples to show how you can use debt systematically to put you ahead of the game in terms of cash flow and net worth. If you missed the last session, it is not required to understand the material so fee free to come. Bring notebook and pen to take notes. Note that if the number of RSVPs goes to over 10 then we will change locations so keep checking the page for updates.

Based on input from the previous meetup, it was decided to explore the use of another financial product, Annuities. • What we'll do Annuities are often a misunderstood and often times maligned financial product. Most only think of an annuity as guaranteed lifetime income, but it has so many more uses when structured properly. This class will discuss the different types of annuities and their related costs, their uses, and strategies on how to use annuities for retirement and generational wealth transfers. We will also look at combining annuities with other financial products to maximize their returns (both cashflow and accumulation) for yourself and your family. • What to bring Pen and notebook OR laptop to take notes Business cards to exchange with others.

  • Using Life Insurance as a Bank to Enhance Investments

Between Friends Coffee Shop & Cafe®

Based on input from our last meetup, it was decided that we will be learning how to hack and use financial products in different ways that enhance your investments. The first product we will be discussing is life insurance. The class will cover which types of life insurance contracts can be used for privatized banking, how the contract has to be designed, and the ways one can access the funds stored in the contract. This is a great low risk way to build wealth to retire on or as a capital source for various investment opportunities as well as providing downside protection for unexpected life events.
