What we're about

Join our gym of many state,regional and national champions for fun and challenging work out based on rhythmic gymnastics and dance moves.Training will include: stretching,bar work,conditioning,using rhythmic gymnastics props to improve speed and coordination- hoop,rope,ribbon,ball,dance cardio challenge,etc.
