We're small friendly groups, who are enthusiastic about sounds, rhythms and meditation and welcome newcomers as well as experienced Shamanic practitioners.

Nikki Marianna Hope is a qualified Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner together we'll work, play and explore with drumming, toning, overtoning, and anything else that inspires us. We may well be moving around or even dancing to the rhythms of the drum. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit and take part by watching.

For those who prefer to sit on the floor, the room is carpeted and warm, please bring a cushion to sit on.

If your just curious about Shamanic work you're welcome to come along and experience what we do and how we do it.

Every week is different, recently we've been working / journeying with native Reindeer energy from the Arctic Circle and the re-introduced UK Cairngorm Reindeers.

These are one of the oldest species on Earth who still work and live in symbiosis with man yet continue to follow in the seasonal footsteps of their and the Sami nations' ancestral trails across the Arctic Circle from Russia through Finland, Sweden and Norway.

The Reindeer have much to teach us and are very willing to share their wise and ancient knowledge and lore.
