NIA Community Hub, is hosting a four week programme, for women within the Hall Green district this includes :

Within this programme you will be able to embrace other women, build relationships and learn new things.
With the view to cover the following topics:

4) Confidence and Assertiveness Building

This group is for anyone wanting to practice mindfulness in an active and unique way.

Mindful walking is the best of both worlds, an easy-to-do exercise, that's low on impact yet high on cardiovascular benefits, and a meditative practice—helping you reduce stress, become more focused and productive, feel better, and improve your overall well-being.

We shall mindfully walk, do a little mindful yoga, have some mindful eating and put into practice many fun mindful outdoor activities
