Get your groove on with your little one! I started this group because I wanted to workout in a fun way, but having a new baby made it difficult to go to the gym. We have fun and use dance to workout to a different theme each week while holding baby. My son is 10 months old and 20+lbs, a perfect partner to workout with and I definitely broke a sweat. Classes are for moms with babies under 2 years old.
