It's got a lot of good information from both sides of the issue.

I especially enjoyed the comments you garnered from elected officials in other area communities, as well as the details of Walmart's charitable work with the Springfield Rescue Mission, headed up by Ron Willoughby, Executive Director.

However, I am generally against this Walmart in my back yard as I live in Ward 5, and I'm concerned about my neighbors being squeezed between a busy and noisy highway (I-91) and a big-box retail outlet.

I am also concerned this will discourage Big Y from moving into the Atlas Copco parcel. I would like the opportunity to shop at a local Big Y Supermarket.

Last, I am not against Walmart as a concept, or in practice, since I shop at both the Chicopee and Westfield stores, just a short drive for me in either direction, east or west.
