Yesterday I received a 2-page MCFL survey in the mail. Last night I completed it by answering "yes" to all six questions. This morning from a business location in Westfield I faxed the survey to the MCFL Boston office at 1-617-242-4965. The time on my transmission receipt is 8:42 AM on 9/26 with all the details (i.e., Result "ok"), plus a copy of the front page of the survey.

Immediately thereafter, from a post office box just outside the business location with pickup at 10:00 AM, I mailed the original completed survey to the Ludlow office of MCFL.

Then, this evening at 5:13 PM I receive the notice shown below from MCFL regarding endorsements. My turn around time was less than a day. MCFL mailed the survey, dated 9/23. Like I said, I received it 9/25, completed it last night (same day), and faxed and then mailed the original this morning to the local office all before 9:00 AM.

Just now, I find this unfavorable rating on my opponent from a reliable conservative policy blog called VoteCoreValues:

http://www.votecoreva... (Lonnie Brennan publishes this blog site.)

(Look at category #6 for Don Humason, my opponent. It states pro-life rating, "No" in bright red.)

"We are delighted that people in both the Democrat and Republican parties can vote in their primaries for pro-life candidates.

"Senator Knapik has been a staunch supporter of the rights of unborn, disabled, terminally ill, and elderly people. We look forward to having the seat continue to be held by someone who takes those pro-life positions and we urge all pro-life people to vote on October 8th."
