Walk it Out- Sloan's Lake

Rain or shine! Weather is not an excuse to get your workout on. We are going to get our walk on with some great conversation with neighbors, friends and other people who have health and fitness goals. This group is for anyone looking to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, build lean muscle, or just get some steps in with friends. Each meeting will include nutritional encouragement, support, and kudos for the improvements that you are making. Kids and dogs are welcome.
