What we're about

Being a mama is A LOT! And guess what, we're not meant to go at it alone. We need a tribe, a community, a mama village... so I've created one!

Whether you are a seasoned, brand new or expecting mama, you should never feel alone or isolated in your journey. This group is all about creating space for mom's to connect, grow, learn and share alongside other women. The greatest part??... you don't have to worry about childcare, mom-guilt or not making an event because of your kiddo because they get to join you!!

That's right, child-friendly networking for moms. Woohoo!

Just because we create these tiny humans (who we adore, of course) does not mean we should be confined to our homes, yearning for connection. All of our events are kid friendly but focus on YOU, the mama. Think laughter yoga, guided meditations, movement classes, tips from natural health experts, outdoor activities, self empowerment and endless connecting with mom's in the same boat.

Real talk. Real connections. Tools for living our best mama life.

** Note: As we are all mama's and the struggle is real when it comes to getting out of the house on time, our events will have a bit more wiggle room in terms of start/end times. We will try and start as close to on time as possible so please plan accordingly **

Laughter Yoga in the Park: ENCORE with special guest!

Mark Twain once said, "Against the assault of laughter, nothing can stand". With that in mind, come try Laughter Yoga (ROUND TWO!!) with me! Laughter yoga uses the science and practice of happiness and laughter as a path to thriving health and wellness. Join us for laughter exercises combined with deep breathing, some light stretching, rounded out with a laughter meditation. Kiddo's are welcome, of course (after all, there's not much better than a child's laugh-- am I right??). The saying "laughter is the best medicine" just may be true! Some [scientific] benefits of laughter include: * decreases stress hormones * increases immune cells * triggers the release of endorphins (feel good hormones!!) * promote an overall sense of well-being No experience necessary and all fitness levels welcome! Bring a blanket for sitting on the ground and some water. Let's laugh together, connect and FEEL GOOD! The yoga session will be led by my good friend Breann Colpitts who is a social coach for quirky kids, a total hoot and knows how to embrace laughter to make life better. BONUS!! We'll have a special guest joining us for this session, Beth Anne Fisher. Beth Anne is a pelvic floor specialist and will be available to chat regarding postpartum incontinence, a problem that many women struggle with after pregnancy and assume is normal... good news is that it's not!! Bring all your questions for her as she is a wealth of knowledge!
