Chatfield Farms Trail of Lights

  • TYPE: Walk & Talk (with fee) | PACE: Conversational | TERRAIN: Groomed trail | DISTANCE: Approx. 1-2 mi | Come to Chatfield Farms to see colorful holiday lights illuminate a winding path through the Colorado countryside, set against a stunning foothills backdrop. 

    This will be a fun outing focused on enjoying community and connection as we ramble along the trail. The cost is $11 for adults, $9 for senior/military, and $8 for children.

    Walking Movement Leader:
    Kim Haller is a western NY transplant who has been living in the Denver area for 23 years. She has been involved with Walk 2 Connect (Golden Walks) for a year and a half and is grateful for all those she has met through the Walk 2 Connect community.

    Schedule and Planning: We will meet at the main entrance at 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Rd, Littleton, 80128. We will enter together with our group no later than 6:40pm.


    Trip Notes:
    -No dogs allowed on this trip
    -Wear comfortable socks & clothing (pref. non-cotton!) and be prepared for colder winter weather (layers, scarf, gloves, hat, etc.)
    -Consider bringing a camera to take and share photos.
    -Restrooms available at entry/exit
    -Cancellation Policy: We only cancel in extreme weather conditions on our path, such as ice, hail, or lightening. Check Meetup or text the walk leader for the most up-to-date conditions.


    Welcome Waivers: Please fill out the online “Welcome Waiver” or download, print, sign, and turn in a hard copy if this will be your first Walk2Connect walking experience in 2016.
