Carpool Destination To Be Determined! Approx 1.5 hour Carpool from Boise to Kuna towards the Snake River accessed at Swan Falls Dam. Cross dam then hike right 6 milesish to explore the largest and oldest collection (10,000+ yrs) of petroglyph depicted by early man. Highlights: Birds of Prey, Snake Riverlevel hike (no major ups and downs beyond first .2 miles). In and out - LONG hike - but you can stop, rest or return as you please - depending on carpool.
Bring packed lunch to enjoy on the rounded rocks from the Bonneville Flood and let's discuss the meaning of prehistoric maps and pics riverside while scanning the sky for bald eagles, ospreys and hawks in Snake River Birds of Prey.
Wear appropriate all weather - winter / snow/ layered hiking gear, comfortable shoes, sense of adventure! Bring sack lunch + snacks and extra food + plenty of water. Driver may or may not choose to stop for group post hike dinner on Kuna on the way back. Participate at your own risk.

Group total size is limited to 25 - I'm inviting a few other friends to join outside of this group. This will be a fun, social all day adventure hike. Bring your camera!
