For all women, mums, females who live around or near the Mill Hill area (NW7). Come and join the amazing women-only baby/child friendly workout on Tuesdays at Mill Hill Pk 9.30am..

Bring the buggies, bring the kids (all are welcome). No childcare issues to worry about - and the perfect solution to anyone looking to get back in shape after having kids - whether they are babies and still in the pram, or at school/nursery and you are looking to get back in shape but don’t want any expensive gym fees.
