What we offer:
FREE 5 Weeks To 5k (Tuesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 9am).. Tips, motivation and friendly social for anyone that wants to complete a 5k but doesn't know where to start. You can run, walk, skip, jog, hop, it doesn't matter, as the emphasis is on FUN and ACHIEVEMENT. Start easy.... and build up to that 5k distance week by week, over 5 weeks. Grab your trainers, grab your friends and enjoy a post workout smoothie straight afterwards...

FREE Wellness Check
Book in your free wellness check at Mill Hill Wellness Centre. This free consultation will give you - your body fat, lean muscle mass, hydration, viscreal fat, weight, physique rating, bmr metabolism, metabolic age, bone mass and measurements. We'll chat to you about your current diet, your lifestyle, your health goals....and offer you free advice and recommendations. From there, the choice is completely yours.

21-DAY NUTRITION PROGRAMS - We have programs to suit every goal.... based on 21-days of consistency. Every program includes What's App daily challenges, and Facebook Nutrition group to help you on your journey to stay supermotivated. Individual costs vary depending on the individuals needs and can be discussed with the health coach.
