Wouldn’t it be nice – just for an hour – to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with our body and breath and calm the mind? This is a new MEET UP group for busy people who have an existing mindfulness practice and would like to continue sharing this experience with like minded people.
We meet regularly to practice together and share our experiences of staying mindful. There's guided meditations as well as other workshops and seminars to allow mindfulness to grow in all aspects of life, such as mindful eating and mindful walking in nature. Our monthly candle lit sessions are a chance to keep up with your practice and connect with other fellow minds in a beautiful setting. It’s a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week. We hope to see you there!
