I have the results posted on my whiteboard and make it part of my one on one conversations with my team members. It does help them to see I am working on things too and teaches them about helping others through change. With team focus this will help them help themselves.

I have spent time with my coworkers explaining the five stages of change (anticipation, letting go, disorientation, trying out, and commitment) I asked them to reflect and indicate where they are in regard to our transformation. This has given me a great understanding of where I need to meet people. I also get a good picture of the aggregate for the group and can now tailor communications more effectively.

OK, tribe, it's been a week since we've gathered at RW Baird. Coach's follow through is upon you! How are you doing on your One Thing about your leadership that you're changing yet in 2016? If you haven't started, it's not too late. This is in your control and you can effect change! All we need is one person in an organization.

Good points. My favorite take-away was the discussion on "meet them where they are - don't be dogmatic on terminology"

This was my first time meeting up with the agile group and it was a great experience. Hearing a couple key messages from Francie about what to do to move forward with agile adoption was inspirational. I also appreciated hearing from others on their agile journeys. It was surprising how many people are operating in SAFe

Thanks for the love, Sarah & Bill! I plan to get feedback from all of you at the event to drive what about agile leadership I talk about. I wouldn't want to just guess at customer value hehehe. So bring your challenges and questions to the meetup. Let's write 'em on stickies, and I'll add them to the backlog of my talk.

Great topic and can't wait to hear from the author of Reveille. If you have not read this book, give it a try. Great perspective from inside the head of a person on his agile journey.
