What we're about
Milwaukee Fibromyalgia Connections is where people with Fibromyalgia can meet peers to share, learn, and support each other. We share our struggles and successes, wellness and educational resources, useful connections, and much more. Our monthly support group meetings are usually "open discussion" format where members discuss what is going on with them since we last met. Sometimes we will have a specific topic or theme to share, learn, and explore new areas relating to our illness. Both the organizer and members can suggest topics and meetup events.
Our monthly meetups are typically on the third Saturday of every month at 1:00pm and are usually held at the organizer's home in West Allis, however the dates and locations may vary to accommodate members' schedules. We also have sporadic social events, which any member is welcome to suggest directly our site.
Everyone is welcome and we'd love for you to join us! You'll be with genuinely supportive people who want live their best possible life, who are also looking to connect with others who have "been there" and "are there" and who truly understand you.
