Some of you have been emailing me complaining that the first link is broken- I know it is, Sorry!
Just use this one, and I'll compile the results early next week.

My all in price so far - $19,019

Cost for insuring the place with Bob Dummer- $284! That's a 3 month, vacant, being rehabbed, $500 deductible, and $500,000 liability policy for less than $3.15 a day... That's cheap. Most places, this house isn't even insurable, or at least it isn't up to the point of making a claim...

Watch out for upcoming meet-ups and videos- We're going to start working on the place on Monday or Tuesday, and to repeat what I said at breakfast on Wednesday-- I'd like to show the place off on a week-by-week basis so you can really see the progress...
