Looking for 1 Investor

Post #: 1
Looking for an investor to do rehabs. I normally only work with a few choice investors because of a clash in interest. One of my investors is retiring to Costa Rica after making a ton of $$$ with me. Which leaves me a guy or woman short. Preferably a cash buyer. I have been specializing in foreclosures and short sales for years. I work for by far the biggest REO specialist in the region (Mark Kivley) at RE/MAX Lakeside. My investors are making an average of $30k or better normally selling our rehabs in 30 days or less. Even in todays market. I would be willing to take on a newbie with strong buying power.

You can e-mail or call me. If it's proof you need, I can provide a long list of recent projects that would make your eyes open wide. This is not some kind of spam advertisement. I am a local real estate agent with a keen eye for money making projects. I can even provide references. You can reach me at or call 414-807-9260 Please reference this post
