Lake Park Run: Beginners to Advanced Welcome (Meal After Run)

  • to
  • Lake Park Pavilion (lower level)

3133 E. Newberry Blvd, Milwaukee, WI (map)

    43.067520 -87.870056

  • Meet in the public room under Lake Park Bistro. It's on the east side - facing the grand staircase going down to the lake.
  • We run anywhere from 2-8 miles around Lake Park, or around the lakefront, or up the Oakleaf Trail, or north towards Whitefish Bay.  Routes vary each week.  All routes have a shorter distance option if that's what you need.

If this is your first time, ask for Patrick, Christina, Ryan, Nicole, or Clint. We'd be happy to explain all the options and do our best to match you up with someone your speed and distance.

There are always a multitude of pace groups ranging from glacial, turtle, slow, medium, average, fasterzippy, age-group-contender, and Olympian-wanna-be. We don't judge (unless you don't show up).

After the run we meet back at the Pavilion to do planks, stretch, socialize, and answer Kaitlyn's trivia questions while making each other laugh.

Most Mondays we go out for a "Great Meal" which is the Meetup event immediately after this one. The dinner destination is different each week. The Great Meals Website has links to all the places we've been so far and candidate restaurants for future trips.
