A hill workout by the beach! We jog down the path to the beach then run back up. Then trot down the steps to the beach and run up the steps. Repeat 2 - 10 times. It's fun! (Not). But it is a great, great workout. And it doesn't take very long. 40-50 minutes typically.
Beginners are always welcome to join us (and all our other runs too).
Before we start we do a 1 mile slow warm-up run along Lake Drive.
After Memorial Day there are port-a-potties at Atwater and a bubbler for water.
This workout repeats every other Thursday. (On the alternate Thursday we do the Seven Hills workout at Colectivo by the Lake).
