What we're about

For those who are ready to learn and implement strategies for managing illnesses and injuries and learning to get well and/or stay well, this group is for you. Expert teachers will present the latest in the science of mind body and spirit as it relates to one's physical and emotional health and how to actually get reliable results using holistic strategies. Members will learn what's going one in the body and how it is intertwined with one's emotional and spiritual state and then what can be done about it. Modes to be discussed include specific diets and eating protocols, supplements including vitamins, minerals, herbs and homeopathics and fitness activity, mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction techniques that have been proven to work in reversing certain conditions.
