Meditation is the culminating practice of the greater system of yoga. The combination of meditation and pranayama are resources to expanded awareness and a greater connection to your interior landscape. 

This meditation and pranayama class will both relax and invigorate you by using light asana to integrate and harmonize the body in preparation for pranayama and meditation. 

Pranayama will be practiced to direct our internal energy to calm the mind. Meditation will follow into greater depths of relaxed focus and tranquility.
