“This is a group for anyone interested in exercising, fitness, well-being, meditation, peace of mind, conversation, support, etc. All fitness levels are welcome. We started this group to simply encourage each other to show up for themselves regardless what your story is or how you look physically. We just want people to feel better in their bodies and know they have sincere support and encouragement without any judgement! Looking forward to taking it to the next level with you!!

Culver City Stairs Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook

Objective: 1 trip up the stairs, 1 trip down the stairs and 1 final trip back to the top of the stairs. (at your own pace) Meet at the top of the stairs to stretch and cool down while waiting for the other group members. Head over to the smaller stairs near the restrooms and water fountain. Workout & Exercises: 2 sets of push-ups, 2 sets of squats, 2 sets of back arm dips, 2 sets of jumping jacks, 2 sets of sit ups. (20-30 seconds rest break in between sets) Close the session with a 5 minute guided meditation. (optional) *Suggested items to bring: water bottle, sunscreen, baseball cap, sun-glasses, comfortable clothing, good workout shoes, a friend(s) and positive attitude! Please come prepared to sweat, increase your heart rate and have fun!
