Workshop Stress Management & Burnout Prevention
Life can be quite a balancing act in between all the demands and stressors you find yourself surrounded by. Do you want to learn effective strategies for better managing your day-to-day stress? Do you want to improve your mindfulness and relaxation skills to let go of unhealthy thought patterns and behavior choices? Do you want to increase your self care to prevent emotional, mental and physical burnout? Please come and join us for this experiential 4 hour workshop. We practice being present and going inward to explore and acknowledge our (internal and external) stress triggers and thought patterns through mindfulness, reflection and body awareness. We will be focusing on helpful strategies how to manage stress more effectively so you can take this experience with you into your daily routine. What we're about

Creating life is a lifelong process, not an outcome. Life will be asking you the same question over and over again across different situations and times: Are you willing to do what needs to be done, often sitting with some type of internal discomfort, in order to have a vital life?

In this group I want to encourage you to get together to talk and exchange about your obstacles, question marks, struggles as well as your strenghts, resources and good things in your life. The purpose of the group is to grow together in a safe and creative atmosphere so you can create YOUR life.

Being a psychologist, life coach and yoga teacher I'm guiding you through your individual process using various approaches such as coaching, mindfulness and yoga.
