This group is for everyone interested in Mindfulness and Meditation. A Certified Meditation Teacher leads this group. We gather to practice meditation, learn about different techniques, its benefits, and how to apply it in our daily life, and have fun in the process!
It is important to prepare the body for meditation, therefore in some sessions, a gently yoga session precedes meditation.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring your meditation cushion and a light blanket. There are some cushions available if you don't have one yet. Chairs are also available if you prefer.
