Do you ever feel as though you are living your life on auto-pilot?
Do you ever feel like a prisoner of your own habits, limiting beliefs and anxieties?
Are you curious about how your mind works and why you think, feel and behave the way you do?
And are you interested in exploring ways to reshape your own mind, so that you can go beyond the walls of the prison that you’ve created and live a more conscious, meaningful and vibrant life?
The mindsculpting group is for people who want to make real changes in their lives. Using insights from the worlds of modern psychology, psychotherapy and ancient traditions of spiritual development, we explore ways of using our minds and inner resources more consciously and effectively. Changing ourselves and overcoming our fears and limiting beliefs makes it possible to improve our relationships and to make a greater contribution to the world we live in – to get to know ourselves better and to move closer to fulfilling our hidden potential.
Our meetings will involve the exploration of a relevant topic, interactive exercises to apply to our own lives and an opportunity to meet others on the path of curiosity and conscious change.
