What we're about

We will eat together and practice mindful eating. By becoming more aware of our food, our bodies, our feelings, and the present moment, we will start to relax and improve our relationship with food. Good for people with eating issues of any kind (overeating, under-eating, compulsive/binge eating) and also a great way to learn about proper nutrition by starting to feel what your body really wants and when it has had enough.
