This group is for anyone who is looking to develop a healthy relationship with food based on peace, joy, connection, and exploration - as well as meet some cool people in the process :).

Mindful eating is the practice of cultivating open-minded awareness of how the food we choose to eat affects our body, feelings, mind, and all that is around us. Whether you're a former or current dieter, have struggled with anorexia, binge eating, or bulimia in the past, or just want to gain more satisfaction and peace with food - there is a place for you! Together we can move away from food obsession to making more conscious and enjoyable experiences with food.

Online Meet Up: 5 Keys to Heal Your Relationship with Food

To celebrate and recap our online 5-Day "Heal your Relationship with Food" Challenge, we're hosting a special interactive webinar on Monday, April 22nd at 5:15 pm PT called "5 Keys to Heal Your Relationship with Food." For those of you who participated in the challenge so far, this will be a great way to recap, celebrate, and more deeply integrate the lessons from this week. If you didn't get to participate in the challenge or joined the challenge late, this webinar is also for you! You'll get have the opportunity to get recap of the challenge + get intentional with where you'd like to be with your relationship with food. If possible, I recommend joining via computer over video chat so you can fully participate. But you may also participate without video on a computer or by dialing in over the phone

When we come from a history of dieting or even just live on planet Earth, we've often picked up beliefs and habits along the way that can deter us from being present to the experience of food. We may also have lost touch our body's natural signals. Mindful eating is a great way to cultivate the awareness and reconnect with our bodies. Light snacks for the mindful eating exercise will be provided! (If you feel inclined to bring something, please do!) We ask for a $5-10 donation (cash or Venmo to Keia-Delrosario) to help offset admin fees. However, no one will be turned away for financial reasons.
