Spend your lunch hour participating in group meditation. Sit for 1/2 of guided meditation (includes inquiry) and then 1/2 hour silence. Invest in your well-being and experiment with different mindfulness meditations such as: awareness of breath, loving kindness, body scans, choice-less awareness, raisin meditation, walking meditation, and more.
Welcoming all levels of meditators: from beginners to advanced. Sitting in community with others brings not just individual benefits, but a larger sense of community.
