What we're about

Mindful Long Beach is a space/group created to explore the intersection of mindfulness, emotional well-being, and daily life. We offer courses in mindfulness meditation lead by a licensed psychologist that focus on the reduction of stress and enhancement of emotional well-being. Everyone is welcome to attend our courses irrespective of their experience level in mindfulness meditation. Mindful Long Beach is not affiliated with any religious organization or group and seeks to promote mindfulness as an empirically validated psychological tool.
