What we're about

Join us for some food inspiration! At each session, you'll receive new recipes and we'll meal plan together. Through mindful meal planning we can support the endocannabinoid system and if we fuel this system properly, we assist it in doing what nature intended it to do, which is to keep balance in our body in important functions such as regulating inflammation, hunger, mood, energy, and so on. Come get new recipes and ideas for cooking and learn how to crowd out the bad foods with the good. $5 donation per meetup.
