What we're about

At the heart of every spiritual tradition is the question "Who Am I?" If this fundamental question peeks your interest, this group will be a good fit. Guided meditation and self-inquiry will be our guiding principals, with teachings from Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta, Jean Klein, Byron Katie, and more. We will also use dialogue to assist you in resolving the obstacles to your inner peace.

Kip "Bok" Wood is a teacher of present moment awareness pointing to the realization of your true nature. His root teachers are Adyashanti and Ramana Maharshi. He is the author of "Words Out of Silence" published by Non-Duality Press.
