Take some time for yourself to breath, rest, and relax to the meditative sounds of soothing instruments. If the buzz and chaos from our everyday modern lives are weighing heavy on you, making you feel unbalanced and exhausted, and you're looking to feel fresh, rested, and rejuvenated, then join me every Sunday evening to prepare you for the week ahead. I'll lead everyone in breath work, mindful meditation, yin yoga, and end the session with a sound bath while in shavasana.
