Background:
Our weekend Yoga sessions have been running since 2010 with the kind support of Volunteers. This is a Community Well-being initiative with an intention to share Mindful Yoga to the community. The holistic session of around 2 hrs. is for anyone interested in a therapeutic Mindful Yoga practice! Our purpose is to release the stress of the week gone by and prepare you for the week ahead. "Our focus is not to make you do complicated postures but to incorporate practices from various Traditions to create a unique EXPERIENCE.”

What to bring?
Yoga mat, Water bottle & wear comfortable clothing.
Cost: By Donation
Each student who attends a class is given this gift by a previous student. There is no prescribed charge. At the end of your class, if you have benefited from the experience, you can donate to the coming class (according to your volition).
Practice Level:
Practitioners of Yoga and Meditation of all levels can attend. We begin with slow movements but then gradually increase the pace Mindfully.
